There is something quite magical about blossom trees, they are very generous. They give so much beauty. Even with softest breeze they release their petals and gently shower down pretty colours in a joyful dance.
The camera is a wonderful gift which allows you to slow down and spend time in nature finding new worlds that you can’t see with your natural eye. I stand quietly inside the trees for a long time, slowly turning the focus ring like a kaleidoscope, seeing all different patterns as the light filters through the petals and leaves. Nothing stays still for long, in fact, it’s hard to find that 1/500th of a second to open and close the shutter. Bees and butterflies flit in and out of view.
